The working group inspected the construction progress of the classroom area of ​​Long Sap Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities; the preparation of plants, construction of pots, pedestals with tree name signs and materials for friendship tree planting activities; survey and coordination to ensure military medicine, medical examination and treatment, and free medicine provision for people in border areas; the construction of regular barracks, dining halls, kitchens, production areas, and medicinal herb gardens; the repair, renovation, and embellishment of the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Military-Civilian Medical Station, the Control Station and the Long Sap Border Guard Station...

Through the actual inspection and listening to the report of the Son La Border Guard Command, Colonel Nguyen Duc Sy respectfully thanked the attention and leadership of the People's Committee of Moc Chau district, directly the Vice Chairman of the district; the effective coordination of the Board of Directors of Long Sap Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities. At the same time, Colonel Nguyen Duc Sy also acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the efforts of the unit as well as the contractor for the construction of the classroom area of ​​Long Sap Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities. Although the construction period was short and affected by storms and rain, especially storm No. 3, the agencies and units were active, proactive, "overcoming the sun and overcoming the rain" to carry out the construction day and night, ensuring quality and progress.

The time to organize the Exchange Program is still very short, the workload is large, in order to prepare well all logistics aspects, Colonel Nguyen Duc Sy requested the unit to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the plan, official dispatch, and instructions of the Border Guard Command, the Border Guard Logistics Department; develop a plan, assign and decentralize preparation tasks for each department and must be associated with the responsibility of the individual in charge; actively urge contractors to further speed up the construction progress of works and items, ensure progress and quality, do not wait or rely on the weather, focusing on the classroom building of the Long Sap Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities; repair, renovate, and renovate the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Military-Civilian Medical Station, the Control Station and the Border Guard Station at the Long Sap border gate.

At the same time, urgently select friendship trees, contents serving the friendship tree planting activities of the Minister of National Defense of Vietnam and the Ministry of National Defense of Laos, report to the Border Guard Command for approval; closely coordinate with the Military Medical Department (General Department of Logistics), Military Medical Department of Military Region 2, local health to ensure good military medical work serving the Exchange Program, medical examination and treatment, providing free medicine to people in border areas; coordinate with accommodation facilities to ensure good food and accommodation for delegates, guests and service forces, focusing on forces eating, sleeping and resting at the Northwest Training Center; continue to review, clean up, and build the Long Sap Border Guard Station barracks to ensure regularity, greenness, cleanliness and beauty.
