Ms. Lo Thi Thanh, Chairwoman of the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, shared: From the policy in the Resolution of the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union in 2018, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union has concretized the movement "Good advice, good service" in Resolution No. 04/NQ-CĐVC dated August 16, 2019. The movement aims to provide correct, accurate, timely, creative advice, bringing high efficiency to the State, society, people, workers and enterprises. "Good service" means attentive, dedicated, responsible, effective service in accordance with assigned duties and tasks, satisfying people, businesses and customers. Service is also understood as serving the glorious cause of the Party, serving the Fatherland and the nation. Among the 150 delegates honored this time, there are 84 delegates from ministries, branches and 66 local delegates. Son La province is honored to have comrade Pham Van Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial Museum Trade Union.

It is known that Mr. Pham Van Tuan has participated in trade union work for a long time and has many practical and effective advice and initiatives. From January 2018 to March 2023, he was a member of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of Son La Provincial Museum; from April 2023 to present, he is the Chairman of the Trade Union of Son La Provincial Museum. Over the past 5 years, he and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union have coordinated with the Provincial Museum to successfully complete political tasks and state planning targets. The annual government classification results have always been excellent and well-fulfilled; the quality of trade union activities has been continuously classified as well-fulfilled or better by the grassroots trade union. Individuals have been awarded certificates of merit and certificates of merit by many levels and sectors.

The Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union and the Provincial Museum Trade Union visited and presented gifts to relatives of People's Armed Forces Hero and martyr Lo Van Gia.

In organizing union fundraising activities, in 2023 alone, the Provincial Museum's grassroots union raised over 35 million VND, creating conditions to take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, encouraging union members to compete to complete professional tasks. The agency's union fully participated in cultural, artistic and sports activities organized by the higher-level union and won high prizes, such as: Third prize in volleyball organized by the Provincial Union to celebrate the success of the Union Congresses at all levels for the 2023-2028 term; 1 second prize, 2 third prizes at the first Khau Ca Doi Union Cluster Sports Tournament in 2024; Emulation Cluster No. 3 won the first prize with 3 first prizes, 1 third prize at the first Khau Ca Doi Union Sports Tournament in 2024. Along with that, the Provincial Museum's grassroots union maintains organizing quarterly union members' birthdays, mobilizing socialized funds for sightseeing and tourism; directing the establishment of a shock art team...

In his professional duties, as both Deputy Director of the unit and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Museum's Scientific Council, Mr. Tuan, together with the staff, civil servants and members of the association, actively participated in and completed the acceptance of two provincial-level scientific topics in the field of archaeology, namely "Research and promotion of prehistoric - early historical cultural heritage in the Son La hydroelectric reservoir area" and "Research and promotion of prehistoric - early historical cultural heritage in the Hoa Binh hydroelectric reservoir area in Son La"; the topics effectively serve the research work, compile teaching materials for local history in schools and develop thematic exhibition content at the Provincial Museum; provide a scientific basis for developing plans to protect and promote cultural heritage in the Son La and Hoa Binh hydroelectric reservoir areas, serving the economic and tourism development of the locality.

Mr. Pham Van Tuan guides union members of the Provincial Museum to participate in the contest launched by the higher-level union.

In addition, he also participated in the project "Applying 360 VR virtual reality technology to visit the historical site of Son La Prison" chaired by the University of Information and Communication Technology; participating in the Editorial Board to research and collect documents to build the content of the book "Nga Ba Co Noi - Immortal Epic" chaired by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department...

Mr. Tuan shared: I am very excited because my role has been promoted and met the expectations of the Trade Union organization. The ideas and proposals of individuals to the agency have been responded to and implemented by cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers with specific, practical, and effective actions. To fulfill the role of a Trade Union officer, in the coming time, I will continue to work with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to research and select appropriate working methods to the actual situation of the agency and unit; develop plans and organize specific programs of activities associated with emulation movements and campaigns to create great changes in the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the agency in terms of professional quality, spirit, service attitude, and good and excellent completion of assigned tasks.
