Currently, in Son La province, there are over 60,000 people without health insurance cards, many of whom are disadvantaged or have recently escaped poverty. Responding to the open letter and appeal from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the campaign has received widespread support from officials, employees, and people from all walks of life in the province. In more than two months since its launch, the Provincial Social Insurance agency has received over 700 million VND from organizations, individuals, and philanthropists to support the purchase of health insurance cards for disadvantaged people.

This is a highly meaningful activity, contributing to promoting the spirit of solidarity, empathy, sharing, compassion, and mutual support among the Vietnamese people; it also provides moral encouragement, helping those in difficult circumstances alleviate the financial burden of medical examinations and treatment thanks to their health insurance cards when they unfortunately fall ill.
