Delegation of Son La province attends the 20th China - ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO 2023)

After 3 years of not being held due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the China-ASEAN Expo 2023 will be a major gathering point for ASEAN and Chinese enterprises, as well as other international enterprises. The expo will bring confidence to enterprises in restoring and developing trade and investment cooperation with more diverse and practical content. This activity is part of a series of events celebrating the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the China-ASEAN Strategic Partnership.

The Vietnamese trade pavilion at the 20th China-ASEAN Expo has the participation of 120 enterprises with 200 booths, with a total area of ​​about 4,000m2. Vietnam continues to be the country with the largest booth at the Expo, after the host country China. The theme of this year's Expo is "Building a common home, a community with a common destiny towards the future - Promoting the Belt and Road Initiative for high-quality development and building an economic growth center".

Son La province is honored to be the representative of Vietnam to participate in the "City of Charm" Exhibition Area at the Fair. Son La province has chosen the theme "Son La - Center of clean agricultural products". With a total area of ​​184m2, the Exhibition Area is elaborately designed, bearing the characteristics of Son La province, introducing 3 fields including: Investment field, introducing the achievements of socio-economic development, potential, strengths in investment, investment attraction portfolio and investment attraction policies of Son La province; Tourism field, introducing images and videos about people, typical culture of Son La province, scenic spots, tourist areas, traditional festivals and tourism products, tours of Son La province; In the field of trade, introducing clean agricultural products, displaying 04 fresh fruit products (mango, longan, dragon fruit, passion fruit), 52 processed agricultural products (coffee, tea, tapioca starch, sugar, longan...) and documents, propaganda publications, unique and impressive promotional messages attracted the attention of many delegates and visitors to the fair.
