According to the report at the meeting, in the past time, the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Activities has advised the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to continue to lead, direct and seriously and effectively implement documents of the Central and the province. Directing Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units to effectively implement measures to prevent corruption and negative activities. Reviewing and issuing documents, leading and directing the implementation in areas prone to corruption and negative activities. Directing the synchronous combination of anti-corruption and negative activities with Party building and rectification; focusing on political and ideological education of cadres, Party members and people. Strengthening inspection, supervision, investigation and settlement of complaints and denunciations, thereby promptly correcting shortcomings and violations.

The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - the Standing Body of the Steering Committee has coordinated with member agencies to advise, review, and propose additional cases and incidents under the Steering Committee's monitoring and direction; urged to speed up the investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of corruption and economic cases, especially cases that are of public concern.

At the meeting, the members of the Steering Committee also discussed and gave their opinions on the draft report on the results of the implementation of anti-corruption and anti-negativity of the Provincial Steering Committee in the first 9 months of 2024; reported on the progress of cases and incidents under the supervision and direction of the Steering Committee; reported on the acceptance of opinions on the draft regulations of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments in the province.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Activities, requested the members of the Steering Committee to continue to seriously implement the guiding documents of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption and negative activities. Advise, urge, inspect and supervise promptly and effectively the handling of cases and incidents under the monitoring and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee. Strengthen propaganda, dissemination and education of the law, create consensus and response among cadres, party members and people on anti-corruption and negative activities.
