(nhandan.vn) - The People's Committee of Son La province has just issued a list of shared databases in Son La province, including a list of default shared databases and a list of databases according to specific requirements.
Son La Provincial Social Insurance is one of the units with a shared database according to specific requirements.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Son La province has assigned the Department of Information and Communications to preside over the implementation of solutions to connect and integrate data in the shared database of Son La province with the data integration and sharing platform (LGSP) of Son La province to serve the exploitation and sharing of data of Son La province effectively, synchronously and securely.
The Department of Information and Communications of Son La province will coordinate and support the agencies managing the databases in the list of shared databases of Son La province to determine the appropriate content and form of data sharing. Accordingly, Son La province has 42 lists of shared data in various fields.
42 shared data categories include: Son La province's electronic information portal; Son La province's electronic gazette; Son La province's open data portal; documents; administrative procedures; digital transformation index of Son La province's state agencies; cadres, civil servants, and public employees; historical archives; enterprises, cooperatives; key economic and social indicators; land; environment, tourism; cultural heritage; forests; irrigation; agricultural, forestry and fishery production and business establishments granted food safety certificates.
In addition, there is a list of shared data: Civil status; administrative violation handling; science and technology tasks; industry and trade sector; industrial zones; construction planning, urban planning on GIS platform; housing project management and real estate market; raw material sources for construction materials production; human resources in the construction sector; urban drainage; urban trees; medical examination and treatment; health records; education and training sector.
The remaining shared data categories include: Children; social protection beneficiaries; meritorious people; ethnic groups and ethnic work in Son La province; plans, inspections; summary reports on inspection work in the province; summary reports on citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement in the province; summary reports on anti-corruption work in the province; insurance; taxpayers.
Shared databases are divided into default data and specific requirements. Default data sharing will share regular data within government agencies according to a simple process.
State agencies prepare data sharing services and provide standardized data exchange structures through data sharing services for use by many state agencies according to Clause 5, Article 3 of Decree No. 47/2020/ND-CP dated April 9, 2020 of the Government.
Sharing data on special request, will share data for other government agencies to use on special request for data that is not commonly used by many different government agencies.
Data sharing in this form involves technical coordination activities between the parties to prepare infrastructure, techniques, and technology to process or create data for data sharing according to Clause 6, Article 3 of Decree No. 47/2020/ND-CP dated April 9, 2020 of the Government.
