(nhandan.vn) - The People's Committee of Son La province has just issued a list of shared databases for Son La province, including a list of default shared databases and a list of databases based on specific requirements.

The Social Insurance Department of Son La province is one of the units that has a shared database that is used according to specific requirements.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Son La province has assigned the Department of Information and Communications to take the lead in implementing solutions to connect and integrate data in the Son La province's shared database catalog with the Son La province's data integration and sharing platform (LGSP) to serve the efficient, synchronized, and secure exploitation and sharing of data in Son La province.
The Department of Information and Communications of Son La province will coordinate and support the managing agencies of databases included in the Son La province's shared database list to determine appropriate content and forms of data sharing. Accordingly, Son La province has 42 shared data categories in various fields.
42 categories of shared data belong to: Son La Provincial Electronic Information Portal; Son La Provincial Electronic Official Gazette; Son La Provincial Open Data Portal; documents; administrative procedures; digital transformation index of state agencies in Son La province; officials, civil servants, and public employees; historical archival documents; businesses and cooperatives; key economic and social indicators; land; environment, tourism; cultural heritage; forests; irrigation; agricultural, forestry, and fisheries production and business establishments granted food safety certificates.
In addition, there are also shared data categories: Civil registration; handling of administrative violations; scientific and technological tasks; industry and trade sector; industrial parks; construction planning, urban planning based on GIS; housing project management and real estate market; raw materials for construction production; human resources in the construction industry; urban drainage; urban green spaces; medical examination and treatment; health records; education and training sector.
The remaining shared data categories include: Children; social welfare beneficiaries; meritorious individuals; ethnic groups and ethnic affairs in Son La province; inspection plans and activities; summary reports on inspection work in the province; summary reports on citizen reception, complaint and denunciation resolution in the province; summary reports on anti-corruption work in the province; insurance; and taxpayers.
Shared databases are divided into default and custom data. Default data sharing involves sharing frequently used data within government agencies using a simplified process.
State agencies shall prepare data sharing services and provide standardized data structures for exchange through data sharing services for use by multiple state agencies, in accordance with Clause 5, Article 3 of Government Decree No. 47/2020/ND-CP dated April 9, 2020.
Data sharing on a case-by-case basis means sharing data with other government agencies for their specific needs, especially data that is not commonly used by many different government agencies.
Data sharing in this form involves coordinated technical activities by the parties to prepare the infrastructure, technology, and methods for processing or generating data for data sharing purposes, as stipulated in Clause 6, Article 3 of Government Decree No. 47/2020/ND-CP dated April 9, 2020.
