30th Anniversary of the Founding of the Son La Provincial Civil Servants' Union.

At the Ceremony, delegates reviewed the 30-year tradition of building and developing the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union. On October 1, 1994, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union was established under Decision No. 28/QD - TC LĐLĐ of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation. After 6 Congresses, up to now, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union has 69 affiliated grassroots trade unions, divided into 5 emulation blocs, with a total of 3,661 union members. Over the past 30 years, the grassroots trade union has introduced nearly 1,800 new party members to the Party, developed nearly 2,000 union members, with an annual average of 98.5% of grassroots trade unions achieving good and excellent completion of their tasks.

Over the past years, the provincial Trade Union has effectively carried out the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests, focusing on mobilizing resources to organize practical and effective activities for union members and workers; supported the construction of more than 40 "Union Warm Houses", had 10 loan projects to support jobs for union members' and workers' families, with a total loan of more than 500 million VND; visited and presented gifts to nearly 10,000 union members with a value of more than 10 billion VND. The grassroots trade unions have supported and contributed to funds and charitable activities worth over 40 billion VND.

From the emulation movements, there are more than 500 projects and tasks that the Trade Unions in coordination with the professionals have carried out to celebrate the Party Congress, the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, and the holidays and anniversaries of the year, with a value of nearly 25 billion VND. Along with that, more than 6,000 initiatives, improvements in working methods, and scientific topics have been put into application, contributing to the benefit of billions of VND and many other values ​​for the agencies and units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Thai Thi Mai, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the activities of the provincial Trade Union over the past 30 years. At the same time, she requested the Trade Unions to continue to promote their traditions, strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks, and successfully implement the tasks of the Trade Union organization in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded the "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization" Medal of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 6 individuals; the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals; the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union awarded certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Campaign to build "Loyal, responsible, honest, creative" cadres, civil servants and public employees in the period 2018 - 2023; the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union awarded certificates of merit to 6 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in the process of building and developing the provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union.
