At the conference, addressing the issue of digital transformation, Mr. Vu The Cuong, a journalist and lecturer at the Academy of Journalism and Communication, stated: Currently, there are four models of digital transformation in the world, notably the model of rejecting digital transformation, the model of parallel digital transformation, the model of promoting digital strategy, and the model of prioritizing digital technology.
In this context, the digital strategy model is the dominant trend, creating significant added value. Implementing this model requires long-term, synchronized investment in human resources, infrastructure, and other areas from news organizations. The digital model will be the primary trend, where news operates on digital platforms, creating dynamic interactions, comprehensive user participation, and cross-promotion between websites and social media platforms.
