Exploit historical and cultural works, develop trade and services to attract tourists. Effectively exploit the potential of natural landscapes to promote tourism development in the area combined with the protection of tea hills and grasslands. Build new tourist attractions such as: Tea Village, Northwest cultural market... Complete and upgrade public works, build and develop new commercial, service, cultural and tourism works.

Also according to the Decision, the People's Committee of Son La province assigned the Department of Construction to guide and urge the People's Committee of Moc Chau district in the process of implementing planning, managing urban architecture and other related contents according to regulations. Responsible for the accuracy of the content, information, data, documents submitted for approval of the zoning planning project dossier.
