Attending the final round were representatives from the Provincial Youth Union leadership, members of the judging panel and secretariat; secretaries and deputy secretaries of district and city youth unions and affiliated youth unions; speakers, members of the "Young Theorists" club, and youth union members from various units who came to cheer them on.

The 2nd "Young Theorists" Public Speaker and Club Festival of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Son La province, launched in July 2024, received 17 applications from 12 units. Based on the preliminary round's scoring by the Judging Panel, the Organizing Committee selected 10 contestants to participate in the final round.

The final round consisted of two parts: "Talented Presenter" and "Quick-Witted Presenter".

In the "Talented Presenter" competition, contestants choose to present a topic on the following content: the current situation, effective solutions, innovative approaches, and exemplary models in implementing Youth Union work and youth movements at the local level and within their units, aiming to fulfill the tasks, goals, and targets of the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 13th Provincial Youth Union Congress, and resolutions of Youth Union congresses at all levels; new, topical, and prominent issues of concern to Youth Union members and young people; or specific situations and events occurring in the locality or unit that impact the situation and thoughts of young people and affect the implementation of Youth Union work and youth movements in the past.

In a live stage presentation format, within 10 minutes, the contestants skillfully used supporting tools, slides, charts, images, and videos to illustrate their presentations. They confidently demonstrated their understanding and application of practical experience, delivering excellent speeches on issues related to improving the effectiveness of revolutionary ideal education, patriotism, and national pride and self-respect for the younger generation in the current period; and solutions to strengthen the protection of the Party's ideological foundation and combat false and hostile viewpoints on the internet.

The top 5 outstanding contestants have advanced to the "Sharp-Witted Presenter" round.

The Organizing Committee has selected the 5 contestants with the highest scores in the "Talented Presenter" round from the following units: Chiềng Khoi Commune Youth Union, Yên Châu District; Chiềng Đen Commune Youth Union, Sơn La City; Ngọc Chiến Commune Youth Union, Mường La District; Sốp Cộp District Government Youth Union; and the Young Theorists Club of Tây Bắc University to advance to the "Sharp Presenter" round this afternoon.
