In recent years, Party committees, authorities at all levels, departments, branches and sectors have implemented to ensure the quality and effectiveness of gender equality work according to their management functions and assigned tasks. The women's movement in the whole province has innovated its content and methods of operation, launched many movements and campaigns, especially the movement“Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families”associated with the movement"Good at public affairs, good at home affairs"of female workers and employees.

With many initiatives and good models implemented, women have demonstrated their roles and capacities in their work, contributing to the overall development of the locality. In particular, the contributions of key female leaders to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development goals and tasks, promoting the strong development of the women's movement, the position of women in the family and in society is increasingly affirmed; gender equality in all areas of social life is gradually ensured; the level, awareness, material and spiritual life of women are improved...

Sharing the joy at the meeting, Comrade Tong Thi Phong sincerely thanked the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee for their attention to female cadres. She hoped that in the coming time, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee would continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions to help female cadres fulfill their assigned tasks well.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh praised and acknowledged the achievements of female cadres in the province in general and key female cadres in particular over the past time. He emphasized that the provincial leaders will always accompany and support women in all activities and movements to promote the comprehensive development of women. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, female cadres will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and companionship in the construction and development of the province. Sharing experiences and initiatives at work, together overcoming challenges to affirm the indispensable position and role of women in modern society.
