Currently, the routes and areas, locations where activities in the Exchange Program take place are brightly decorated with flags, flowers, banners, slogans, billboards, posters, etc. The Son La Border Guard Command coordinates with localities and forces to organize visual propaganda work, decorate banners, and images introducing tourist attractions of the province and the district; review and repair the system of traffic signs on main roads and urban areas; coordinate in selecting and instructing the rituals for the masses and district officials and civil servants to participate in the welcoming and farewell ceremonies for delegates from both sides to attend activities in the Exchange Program.
