The training course was attended by over 60 trainees who are officers and leaders in charge of policy communication, foreign information, and human rights of departments, branches, districts, and cities; officers of the Provincial Police and the Provincial Border Guard Command assigned to concurrently be in charge of implementing foreign information and human rights work in border areas.

Training to improve professional skills in information and propaganda work, foreign information.

The training course took place over 2 days (October 28 and 29), with trainees being informed of 4 topics: Core contents of policy communication work and issues to note in leading and directing the implementation of Directive No. 07/CT-TTg dated March 21, 2023 of the Prime Minister on strengthening policy communication work; Decision No. 407/QD-TTg dated March 30, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Organizing policy communication with great impact on society in the process of developing legal documents for the period 2022 - 2027". Guidance on policy communication skills, information processing when implementing policy communication for people in ethnic minority mountainous areas, remote areas, and border areas. Some new points of Resolution No. 47/NQ-CP of the Government on the Government's Action Program to 2030 to implement Conclusion No. 57-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of foreign information work in the new situation. Guidance on communication and promotion of national and local images in a new way.

Lecturers disseminate topics at training classes.

Through the training course, trainees will have more information and knowledge about propaganda activities, foreign information, and apply them well in practical work at units and bases, contributing to building a peaceful, friendly, cooperative and developing border.
