(baosonla.vn) - On October 30th, the Son La Department of Information and Communications organized a training conference to enhance professional skills in information dissemination and external communication for officials working in external communication in border areas.

Nearly 70 participants attended the training course, including officials in charge of websites and external information from departments, agencies, units, and border districts.
The instructors disseminated knowledge during the training session.
Over two days (October 30th and 31st), participants will be introduced to the following topics: some basic issues concerning external information work in the context of the 4.0 revolution and international integration; updated regulations on information provision by agencies and units on electronic information websites; communication skills on portals, websites, and social networks; information gathering and data exploitation skills; photography and image processing skills for news articles; and guidance on designing infographics for information and propaganda work on portals and websites.

The training course helps participants improve their skills and methods, create more engaging propaganda products, meet the diverse information needs of various audiences, and proactively provide and control official information sources.
