On the evening of November 21st, the 2024 Vietnam Regional Specialty Fair, organized by the Hanoi People's Committee, took place at the Royalcity Shopping Center, 72A Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. The fair featured participation from Son La province with 24 booths showcasing characteristic specialties from various districts and cities within the province, presented by the Son La Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center.
The fair is a great opportunity for businesses and localities to promote their specialty products to domestic and international consumers and tourists, participate in the supply chain, and effectively consume products in the capital's market. It's also a place for distributors to find and select suppliers, and an event eagerly awaited by consumers at the end of the year to visit, shop, and experience the regional culture of Vietnam.
Participating in the "Specialty Products Booth" at the fair, cooperatives and businesses from Son La province displayed and introduced characteristic products and specialties of their localities, products protected by geographical indications, and many new products with quality and packaging designs geared towards export.
Ms. Cam Thi Chung, Sop Cop district, Son La province:Today we bring you the famous products of Sop Cop, among which sticky rice is a signature product and is very popular with the locals.
Son La's distinctive and famous agricultural products, such as smoked buffalo meat, sausages, chili paste, honey, vermicelli, coffee, tea, dried fruits, plums, longan, and passion fruit, attract a large number of locals and tourists to visit and shop; they are popular and well-received by many people.

Many cultural and tourism promotion activities and product demonstrations are being organized by participating provinces, cities, and businesses, creating a festival where visitors can discover and experience the specialties, culture, and tourism of various regions across the country. This is an opportunity for businesses and localities to promote their specialty products to domestic and international consumers and tourists, and to participate in an effective supply and consumption chain in the capital market. The fair will become a reputable destination showcasing high-quality specialty products from all 63 provinces and cities nationwide. The fair is open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, from now until November 24th.
