Attending the opening ceremony of the processing line were comrade Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; former leaders of the province through the periods; leaders of the provincial departments and branches; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan; of the Lao PDR in Vietnam; Delegation of Hua Phan province (Lao PDR).
Phuc Sinh Son La Joint Stock Company is the first unit to process Cascara Tea on an industrial scale, supplying the domestic and export markets. The Cascara Tea processing line was built in August 2023, with a capacity of 10 tons of ripe fruit/day, equivalent to 1 ton of finished tea/day. The line includes: Food-standard fruit washing system, peeling, UV drying; multi-function cold drying system to ensure cleanliness and preserve flavor and color; automatic packaging system.

The raw material for producing Tea is ripe Coffee husks that are grown, cared for, and harvested according to the strictest process. These are also Coffee gardens in the Rainforest Alliance (RA) Sustainable Coffee Project, a high-tech Coffee region of Son La province. The production line simultaneously meets 3 standards for sustainable raw material areas and BRC Food 9 (British Association standards for food).
