Attending the meeting were comrade Trang Thi Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors, the Liaison Committee of Vietnamese Volunteer Soldiers and Military Experts to Laos in Son La province and city; cadres, teachers, civil servants and Lao students studying at the school.
Comrade Trang Thi Xuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented gifts to Laotian students.
The delegates and Lao students reviewed the tradition of solidarity, friendship and special cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, between Son La province and the northern provinces of Laos; and the training of Lao students at Son La Medical College. Lao students studying at the school expressed their joy and emotion at the attention and facilitation of the school's Board of Directors during their studies and training, and promised to continue to study well to be solid in their trained expertise.

Son La Medical College is training 221 Laotian students. The school arranges dormitories with full facilities to ensure the study and living needs of Laotian students. On this occasion, representatives of provincial departments, branches, the Liaison Committee of Vietnamese Volunteers and Military Experts to Laos in Son La province and city presented gifts and congratulated the Laotian students.
