The persimmon variety grown here is a grafted variety of the local "stinky" persimmon, resulting in more fruit and a sweeter taste. Ripe fruits can be kept on the tree for 2 to 3 months, satisfying the photography needs of tourists.

Mr. Vu Trung Hai, the owner of a rose garden in Moc Chau town, said that his garden has about 150 rose bushes, 25 years old, which were previously only used for harvesting fruit. To meet the demand for photos and check-ins from tourists, this year he decided not to harvest the fruit but to continue the business by charging an entrance fee for photography.

On a normal day, Mr. Hai's rose garden welcomes 100-200 visitors, and during peak times, this number can reach up to 500 visitors per day. The entrance fee is 30,000 VND per adult and 10,000 VND per child.
