Group 3 comprises 322 households with over 1,200 residents. In 2024, the Party branch focused on leading and directing the people to effectively implement socio-economic development goals; actively participating in the "National Unity for Building New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas" campaign, urban beautification, and creating bright, green, clean, and beautiful streets and alleys.

The work of promoting education and talent development has been given attention, with the people contributing 1,350 books to build a "Compassionate Library". Cultural, artistic, and sports activities have been vibrant. Humanitarian and charitable activities have been given attention; cadres, Party members, and people in the area have donated nearly 50 million VND to support people affected by floods in the city and northern provinces.

Political security and social order are ensured; 100% of households and businesses in the area have equipped themselves with fire extinguishers. The people in the group strictly adhere to the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws. Through evaluation, in 2024, 99.4% of households in the group achieved the title of "Culturally Advanced Family," and the group has consistently achieved the title of "Culturally Advanced Group" for many years... The Party branch of the group was rated as having excellently completed its tasks and achieved the "Four Good Party Branch" title.
