The kitchen and canteen facility at Sao Mai Kindergarten covers nearly 60 square meters, ensuring a one-way kitchen workflow in accordance with kindergarten regulations, with a total cost of 200 million VND.

The project was inaugurated and put into use just in time for the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake 2025.

After nearly two months of construction, the kitchen has been completed and equipped with the necessary utensils to prepare meals for the school's students and teachers.

According to Ms. Lo Thi Thuy, Principal of Sao Mai Kindergarten, this school year the school has nearly 550 students, the majority of whom are children from ethnic minority groups with difficult circumstances.

Now, with a one-way kitchen that processes food according to the correct procedures, from handling fresh ingredients to cooking, it ensures safety for the children, allowing them to enjoy delicious, hygienic, and safe meals," said teacher Lo Thi Thuy.
