After the Lunar New Year holidays, nearly 3,000 workers of Phu Yen Shoe Factory have returned to work. The atmosphere of competition in production is bustling, workers are rushing to work to deliver the first orders of spring and ensure the progress of signed orders for the whole year 2025. Ms. Dinh Thi Bac, a worker in sewing group 1, shared: Working as a worker at the factory, I have a stable income, a job suitable for my health and ability, the factory pays insurance and enjoys full benefits for workers. In the new year, everyone strives to increase labor productivity.

Mr. Bui Manh Dung, Director of the Enterprise, excitedly said: Having prepared well for production, before Tet, the unit imported nearly 900 tons of raw materials. From the 6th day of Tet, the unit mobilized workers to clean the factory, start the machines, and officially produce the first batches of goods to the market. In the first days of the new year, the unit's leaders went to each workshop and production department to encourage workers, and at the same time, launched the emulation movement "Improving productivity and product quality" with the goal of reaching a capacity of 3,000-4,000 pairs of shoes/day and night.

In Mai Son district, the atmosphere of labor competition at the beginning of the year is bustling in the factories. At Son La Sugarcane Factory, from the morning of February 2 (the 5th day of Tet), dozens of trucks loaded with sugarcane lined up one after another waiting to enter the factory. On the conveyor belt, sugarcane was continuously fed into the press, creating a bustling production atmosphere.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tai, Director of Son La Sugarcane Factory, shared: To ensure raw materials for processing, the unit has contracted and linked with more than 10,000 farming households in Mai Son, Yen Chau, Bac Yen districts and the City, stabilizing the raw material area of ​​over 9,260 hectares of sugarcane, with an estimated output of 600,000 tons/year. Last year, the Factory continued to invest in maintenance and upgrading the production line to meet production and environmental protection requirements. In the first days of the new year, the production lines operated at full capacity; workers worked actively to ensure the correct sugarcane harvest schedule with a capacity of 5,000 tons of raw sugarcane/day. Thanks to the thoughtful and complete pre-Tet care policy for workers, after the Lunar New Year holiday, 100% of the workers returned to work; the Factory's departments are striving to achieve the production targets set for the new year.

Starting production on the 6th day of Tet, at Mai Son Cement Factory, under Mai Son Cement Joint Stock Company, all departments and production lines have resumed operations, many trucks loading cement are preparing for consumption. With a design capacity of 1 million tons/year, the Factory focuses on investing in installing advanced production lines, with automatic control systems from clinker kilns, heat exchange towers, fuel supply to kilns, cement production workshops... In 2024, the total cement output will reach nearly 600,000 tons; total revenue will reach over 550 billion VND, creating stable jobs for nearly 100 workers with an average income of nearly 9 million VND/person.

Mr. Quach Huu Toan, Deputy Director of the Company, shared: After a long Tet holiday, workers entered the production shift with an eagerness to return to work to earn more income. In 2025, the Company will continue to ensure production and business, associated with environmental protection; strive to produce 700,000 tons of cement; continuously improve product quality, increasingly better meet customer needs.

Currently, the province has over 3,667 enterprises registered for production and business activities, employing over 50,000 workers. In recent times, enterprises have fulfilled 5 requirements: Maintaining production, contributing to economic growth; ensuring labor income; preserving business capital; paying enough to the state budget and actively participating in social security policies.
