Cherry blossoms in Moc Chau usually begin to bloom in mid-December, when the weather starts to turn cold and winter approaches. The peak bloom period is from January to February, coinciding with the time before and after the Lunar New Year. The blooming period lasts from 2 to 3 weeks, depending on weather conditions.

If the weather is favorable, cherry blossoms can retain their beauty throughout the spring. However, to see them at their most vibrant, you should plan your visit to Moc Chau in mid- or late January, when the blossoms cover the roads and the plateau is brimming with the vitality of spring.
