Regular meetings between the Son La Provincial Military Command and the Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command.

Implementing the memorandum of understanding between the Military Command of Son La province and Xieng Khouang province, the two units have proactively grasped the situation, coordinated to resolve arising issues, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety in each province. Regularly exchanging information, coordinating to advise Party committees and authorities to resolve the issue of spontaneous migration; actively propagating and mobilizing people to comply with border regulations, promoting responsibility in building a stable and comprehensively developed Vietnam - Laos border.

In the coming time, the Military Commands of Son La and Xieng Khouang provinces will continue to widely propagate to officers, soldiers of the armed forces and people of the two provinces about the tradition of solidarity, special friendship, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, between Son La and Xieng Khouang provinces; strengthen the exchange of experiences in socio-economic development; build armed forces between the two provinces, especially the training of interpreters and military training; maintain regular periodic and rotating meetings at the Military Command level of the two provinces in 2024.

The delegation of Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command visited the production model at Battalion 1, Regiment 754.

On the same day, the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province visited and encouraged Lao military cadets studying Vietnamese at Regiment 754, Military Command of Son La province; visited the barracks of Battalion 1, Regiment 754.
