(baosonla.vn) - Continuing the activities at the Culture, Sports and Tourism Week of Quynh Nhai district in 2025, on February 8, the Organizing Committee conducted the scoring of the Contest "Introducing the cultural space of ethnic groups in Quynh Nhai district" and the Contest of displaying "Traditional Tet dishes". Attending the event were comrade Trang Thi Xuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The competition was attended by 11 teams from 11 communes and towns in the district. Each team brought a booth displaying unique and distinctive ethnic cultural spaces, with its own cultural characteristics according to the theme of each commune, such as: Mong, Dao, Thai ethnic cultural spaces; and a comprehensive cultural space of ethnic groups.

With creativity and ingenuity, each team has created an impressive display booth, scientifically designed, beautifully decorated; introducing to visitors the beauty of culture and daily life of the local people, such as: Ethnic costumes, handicrafts, traditional cuisine, souvenirs, ethnic props... In addition, typical agricultural products and local products are also displayed and introduced. Along with that, the teams also brought to the competition typical community cultural performances associated with the cultural space of the commune.

At the "Traditional Tet Trays" display contest, teams prepare and present a tray of dishes of their choice; using fresh, easy-to-find ingredients with clear origins, prioritizing locally available ingredients and ensuring food hygiene and safety with the theme of traditional Tet trays.
