(sonla.gov.vn) - On February 13, 2025, a delegation from the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, led by Mr. Sato Kenji, Research Attaché of the Japanese Embassy, visited and worked in Phu Yen district. Joining the delegation was Mr. Pham Vu Thang, Director of the Central Forestry Projects Management Board. Welcoming and working with the delegation were Mr. Dang Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Committee, along with leaders of relevant departments and agencies.

Overview of the working session
During the meeting, the leaders of the Phu Yen District People's Committee provided a brief report on the results of the investment project to build a boarding facility for Da Do Primary and Secondary School, and also made several proposals for the project to repair and build new infrastructure facilities at Kim Bon Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School in Kim Bon commune, Phu Yen district. The meeting took place in an open, frank, and highly constructive atmosphere. Both sides exchanged views on infrastructure investment needs, especially in education, healthcare, and forest development support in the locality. These proposals were included within the framework of the Japanese Government's Grant Aid Program (GGP). Representatives from the Japanese Embassy highly appreciated Phu Yen district's efforts in implementing education development projects and pledged to continue to cooperate and promote collaboration in the future.
