The tournament attracted nearly 500 athletes from 70 agencies, units, and clubs in districts and cities throughout the province. Tennis was played at the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center with four events: Men's Doubles (under 40 years old); 41-55 years old and 56 years old and above; and women's doubles (no age restrictions). Pickleball was held at the Provincial People's Committee Guest House and the Provincial Military Command Headquarters with a total of 15 events: men's doubles, mixed doubles, men's singles, women's singles, and mixed doubles in five age groups: under 17 years old; 18-35 years old; 36-45 years old; 46-55 years old and above; and 56 years old and above.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented commemorative flags to the athletes.

The athletes competed in the men's doubles event.

The sponsors of the competition include: Vietnam Investment and Development Bank - Son La Branch; Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Son La Branch; Khanh Loc Construction and Service Trading Company Limited; Tay Bac Construction Materials Production and Investment Joint Stock Company; Thanh Dat - Mai Son Company Limited; and Ngoc Quyet Construction Company Limited - Mai Son.

The tournament provides a platform for tennis and pickleball enthusiasts to interact, gain experience, and improve their skills, techniques, and tactics, thereby promoting the development of sports within the unit and locality.
