(baosonla.vn) - On the evening of March 11th, at 10/3 Square in Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province, the final round of the 2025 Farmers' Talent Competition, themed "Smart Coffee Farming," took place, featuring four teams from the provinces of Dak Lak, Binh Phuoc, Son La, and Kon Tum. This was one of the 17 main activities at the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025.

The teams competed in four rounds: "Hello Farmers," "Smart Farmers," "Farmer Partnership," and "Farmer Challenge." The competition covered knowledge, skills, experience, and understanding of applying scientific and technological advancements to coffee production; issues related to processing, markets, and production linkages; and the formation and development of supply chains in the Vietnamese coffee industry. Through the four exciting rounds of the final competition, the Son La team excellently won second place.
The competition is a valuable and practical platform to enhance the awareness and capacity of farmers and association members in agricultural development and rural construction. At the same time, it promotes the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and the development of sustainable production chains, contributing to the enhancement of the Vietnamese coffee brand.
