One of the most anticipated events at the 2025 Son La City Ban Flower Festival is the beauty contest showcasing authentic Thai ethnic costumes and modernized Thai costumes, which will take place on the evening of March 15th and the morning of March 16th. The competition features 24 contestants representing 12 teams from various communes and wards within the city.

Amidst the forest of blooming bauhinia flowers, the contestants, dressed in traditional Thai costumes and modernized Thai attire, freely posed and walked across the hill of pristine white bauhinia blossoms. Set to the music of a song about bauhinia flowers, their graceful and elegant movements, along with their vibrant costumes, captivated the audience.
