On September 19th, the Department of Foreign Affairs of Hua Phan Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, sent Official Letter No. 869/SNV to the Departments of Foreign Affairs of Son La, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An provinces, agreeing to reopen all main and secondary border gates in Hua Phan Province to facilitate entry and exit for people.

At the same time, strictly and thoroughly implement management, inspection, and control measures, absolutely preventing the import and export of non-essential goods and illegal imports. The opening of the main and auxiliary border gates will begin on September 19, 2022.
