Attending the program were Comrade Trang Thi Xuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; and representatives from the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Son La, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, and Dong Nai provinces.

In her opening remarks at the art program, Ms. Trang Thi Xuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The Northwest Culture - Sports - Tourism Week in Ho Chi Minh City is an opportunity for Son La province to introduce and promote the image of its land, culture, and people to the people of Ho Chi Minh City, and also an opportunity for units and businesses from the provinces to promote and link up for sustainable tourism development.

The artistic performances showcased the rich cultural identity of the ethnic groups in Son La.

The art program, featuring over 90 actors and artists from the Provincial Song and Dance Theatre, presented spectacular and elaborately staged performances showcasing the cultural tapestry of Son La's ethnic groups, with their unique and diverse customs and attractive tourist destinations inviting visitors.

The program attracted a large number of people from Ho Chi Minh City and international tourists who came to watch and cheer. At the end of the artistic performance, delegates and performers joined in a circle dance symbolizing unity, looking forward to the new year 2024 with many promising developments for the tourism industry.
