(vov1.vov.vn) - Thousands of officials and Party members from the provincial level down to the communes and villages in the mountainous and border areas of Son La province have received the content of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress.
This is an important condition for the Party's key policies to reach the people of all ethnic groups more easily and to be implemented in their lives sooner.

Officials and Party members from Ngoc Chien commune, Muong La district, Son La province participated in the online conference.
In Son La province, the nationwide online conference to study, understand, and disseminate the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party was connected to nearly 220 locations at the Provincial Conference Center, district-level and commune-level centers, etc., with more than 9,200 Party members participating.
Mr. Kha Manh Sam, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Son La province, said: “The content of the 11th Central Committee Conference decided on historical issues, so the way the Central Committee implemented it to cadres, Party members, and the people was both online and broadcast on various channels to ensure the message of the Party Central Committee reached the people; thereby strengthening confidence and creating consensus among cadres, civil servants, Party members, and the people in participating in the implementation of the contents of the Resolution of the 11th Central Committee Conference.”
At the Ngoc Chien commune meeting point in Muong La district, Son La province, more than 200 delegates, including key officials, former retired commune leaders, and all officials, civil servants, Party committee members, management boards, and mass organizations from the villages, attended to disseminate the Resolution.
According to Mr. Lo Van Thoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ngoc Chien commune, this is an important condition for each cadre and Party member to grasp the spirit of the Resolution and clearly define their role and responsibility in advising on the implementation of their tasks: "We determined that this conference has many important contents, and the Party Committee of Ngoc Chien commune has seriously focused on absorbing them... Immediately after the conference ends, the commune's Party Committee will promptly and thoroughly disseminate the contents and implement the resolutions of the Central Committee, the province, and the district to all cadres, Party members, and people of all ethnic groups in the commune, so as to quickly put the resolution into practice."
In mountainous and border areas like Muong Cai commune, Song Ma district, Son La province, in addition to the online meeting point at the commune headquarters, the Muong Cai Border Guard Station also organized for officers and soldiers to listen to the Resolution's briefing via radio and television broadcasts at the unit.
Muong Cai Border Guard Station, Son La Border Guard Command, organized a training session for officers and soldiers on the content of the Resolution at the unit.
Lieutenant Colonel Lo Van Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Muong Cai Border Guard Station, Son La Border Guard Command, shared: “Given the characteristics of our border guard station, stationed in a remote and isolated border area, participating in listening to, studying, and understanding the Resolution is an honor for every officer and Party member. We will continue to study and understand it with the spirit that each officer and soldier of the border guard will be a propagandist to help bring the Resolution closer to the ethnic people in this border region who still face many difficulties.”
