In Son La province, the national online conference to study, learn, disseminate and propagate the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress was connected to nearly 220 points at the Provincial Conference Center, district and commune levels... with more than 9,200 party members attending.

Mr. Kha Manh Sam, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee said: “The content of the 11th Central Conference decides historical issues, so the Central Committee's implementation method to cadres, party members and people is both online and broadcast on radio channels to ensure the transmission of the Central Party's message to the people; thereby strengthening the trust, as well as creating consensus among cadres, civil servants, party members and people in the process of participating in the implementation of the contents of the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference.”

Ngoc Chien commune, Muong La district, Son La had more than 200 delegates who were key officials, retired former commune leaders, along with all officials, civil servants, Party committees, management boards and unions of the villages attending to disseminate the Resolution.

According to Mr. Lo Van Thoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, this is an important condition for each cadre and party member to grasp the spirit of the Resolution and clearly define their roles and responsibilities in conjunction with advising on the implementation of their tasks: "We determined that this conference has many important contents, the Ngoc Chien Commune Party Committee has seriously focused on absorbing them... Immediately after the end of the conference, the Commune Party Committee will promptly and promptly disseminate the contents and deploy the resolutions of the Central, the province, and the district to all cadres, party members and people of all ethnic groups in the whole commune, to soon put the resolution into practice."

For mountainous and border areas such as Muong Cai commune, Song Ma district, Son La, in addition to the online bridge at the commune headquarters, Muong Cai Border Guard Station also organized for officers and soldiers to listen to the Resolution via radio and television at the unit.
