The Provincial Steering Committee 1341 held a meeting to implement tasks.

Attending the meeting were Comrade Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Steering Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; and members of the Steering Committee.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee Office - the Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation (Provincial Steering Committee 1341), approved the draft regulations on: the functions, tasks, powers, and working regime of the Steering Committee; the 2025 work program; the announcement of task assignments for members; and the decision on the establishment of support teams and supporting content teams.

Accordingly, the Provincial Steering Committee 1341 is tasked with advising the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on mechanisms, policies, and breakthrough solutions in the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; directing, guiding, and inspecting the implementation of resolutions and regulations of the Party and laws of the State related to this field; reviewing and proposing improvements to mechanisms, policies, and administrative procedures at the provincial level; and guiding information and communication work on the policies and solutions for the development of science, technology, and digital transformation...

In 2025, the Provincial Steering Committee 1341 will focus on directing the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; perfecting mechanisms and policies, reforming administrative procedures; developing high-quality human resources; promoting the application of science, technology, and digital transformation in the political system; and supporting businesses in innovation and digital transformation through pilot policies...

Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Steering Committee 1341, delivered a speech at the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary instructed the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Provincial People's Committee to continue focusing on leading and directing the implementation of tasks related to the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; to research and propose solutions, policies, and incentives to attract human resources in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation to work in the agencies of the province's political system; to develop a framework program and a list of priority science, technology, and innovation tasks to be implemented in the province until 2030, as a basis for building and implementing key projects for potential fields to attract investment and effectively utilize all investment resources in the application of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The Provincial Party Committee Office was tasked with coordinating with relevant agencies and units to incorporate the opinions of the members of the Steering Committee to supplement and revise the drafts for signing, issuance, and implementation. Research and review the indicators, objectives, tasks, and solutions outlined in the central government's action plan framework to study and propose specific implementations suitable to the province's reality; monitor and urge the implementation of conclusions from meetings and work tasks according to the Steering Committee's annual work program.
