This is a prominent project within the Moc Chau Island tourist area, invested and built by 26 Moc Chau Joint Stock Company with a total capital of nearly 800 billion VND. Construction began in 2021 and it officially opened to visitors on the April 30th holiday in 2022.
The Bach Long Glass Bridge, located in Muong Sang commune, Moc Chau district, spans two mountains and steep cliffs, creating a unique and adventurous experience for visitors.
The bridge is divided into two main sections: a 290m section crossing the valley and a 342m section along the cliff face, reaching a height of 150m above the ground. The bridge deck is 2.4m wide in the section crossing the valley and 1.5m wide in the section above the cliff.

The entire surface of the bridge is made from ultra-clear, ultra-strong glass from France (Saint Gobain), consisting of three layers of 40mm thick glass, each capable of withstanding a force of up to 5 tons.
The bridge has been tested with heavy loads, even trucks have driven across it to ensure absolute safety for visitors. The cable car system and 30-meter-high towers were imported from South Korea and designed to be sturdy and strong, ensuring the bridge's durability and safety.

While walking on the Bach Long glass bridge, visitors can admire the panoramic view of the majestic Northwest mountains and forests, with lush green valleys and streams flowing below, creating the feeling of being suspended in mid-air.
The bridge's end point is the Sacred Bird Cave (or Muong Mooc Cave), with its natural stalactites and rock sculptures reflecting the cultural life of the indigenous Thai people, adding to the cultural appeal for tourists.
The Bach Long Glass Bridge is not only a symbol of Son La province's tourism development but also a source of pride for Vietnam as it boasts the world's longest glass bridge.

This year's April 30th - May 1st holiday also marks the 3rd anniversary of the world's longest bridge opening to visitors, and it continues to be a must-see destination, attracting great interest from domestic and international tourists, contributing to the local economy and tourism, and playing a part in Vietnam's strong development in this era of national progress.
