Attending the conference were: Comrade Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and leaders of several provincial departments and agencies.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave its opinion on Proposal No. 77-TTr/DU dated April 23, 2025, from the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee requesting approval to continue implementing the investment plan for the Binh Minh High-Quality Junior and Senior High School project in Phu Yen (requiring a change in land use purpose from specialized rice cultivation land) in Mo 1 and Mo 2 sub-areas, Quang Huy town, Phu Yen district... and several proposals related to the transfer of some official vehicles to other units.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave its opinions on the consolidated report incorporating feedback on the report on the implementation of tasks by the Organizing Subcommittee for the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; and the consolidated report incorporating feedback on the draft regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, working regime, and working relationships of the Provincial Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also gave its opinion on the contents presented at the conference by the Monitoring Team under Decision No. 1275-QĐ/TU dated February 28, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the Provincial Internal Affairs Committee; the Inspection Team under Decision No. 1189-QĐ/TU dated January 10, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the Provincial Inspection Committee; the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council; and the Provincial Organization Committee.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee delivered a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and the units in charge of drafting documents to incorporate feedback and finalize the draft reports and presentations in a thorough, appropriate, and consistent manner with the province's policies and orientations, ensuring effective implementation. He assigned the Organizing Subcommittee for the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, to continue incorporating feedback to finalize the report and continue implementing the planned contents, ensuring that the 16th Provincial Party Congress is organized meticulously, solemnly, safely, economically, and effectively; and to promptly report the results of implementation and any difficulties, obstacles, or arising issues to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
