1. Participants in the training

- Leaders of the People's Committee of border communes; Staff of border commune radio stations; Staff in charge of writing news articles and editing the electronic information pages of border communes. Each commune will send 3-4 comrades to participate.

- Border Guard leaders and officers are assigned to concurrently handle and be responsible for external information work at border guard posts and border gates. Each border guard post sends 2-3 officers to participate.

Episode content

- Topic 1. Regulations on external information activities in land border areas.

- Topic 2. Some basic contents on grassroots information activities at the commune level.

- Topic 3: How to write news articles for radio programs and websites;

- Topic 4. Introduction and guidance on using information and communication technology-based radio broadcasting for propaganda purposes in border communes.
