1. Participants in the training

- Leaders of the People's Committee of border communes; Staff of border commune radio stations; Staff in charge of writing news articles and editing the electronic information pages of border communes. Each commune will send 3-4 comrades to participate.

- Leaders and officers of the Border Guard are assigned to concurrently carry out and be responsible for external information work at border guard posts and border gates. Each border guard post sends 2-3 officers to participate.

Exercise content

- Topic 1. Regulations on external information activities in land border areas.

- Topic 2. Some basic contents on grassroots information activities at the commune level.

- Topic 3: How to write news articles for radio programs and websites;

- Topic 4. Introduction and guidance on using information and communication technology-based radio broadcasting for propaganda purposes in border communes.
