1. Participants in the training

- Officials in charge of the websites of departments, agencies, and units (each agency/unit should send 1-2 representatives to attend).

- Officials in charge of the websites of the People's Committees of border districts; Officials from the Culture and Information Department and the Communication and Culture Center of border districts (including the districts of Van Ho, Moc Chau, Yen Chau, Mai Son, Song Ma, and Sop Cop). (Each district will send 3-4 delegates to attend).

2. Training content

- Topic 1: Some basic issues concerning external information work in the context of the 4.0 revolution and international integration.

- Topic 2. Updating regulations on information provision by agencies and units on their websites.

- Topic 3: Communication skills on portals/websites and social networks; information gathering and resource utilization skills; photography and image processing skills for news articles.

- Topic 4. Guidance on designing infographics for information and communication purposes on the Portal/Website.
