1. Training participants

- Officers in charge of electronic information pages of departments, branches, sectors and units (each agency and unit sends 1-2 delegates to attend).

- Officials in charge of the electronic information pages of the People's Committees of border districts; Officials of the Department of Culture - Information, the Center for Communication - Culture of border districts (including the districts: Van Ho, Moc Chau, Yen Chau, Mai Son, Song Ma, Sop Cop). (Each district sends 03-04 delegates to attend).

2. Training content

- Topic 1. Some basic issues on foreign information work in the context of the 4.0 revolution and international integration.

- Topic 2. Updating regulations on providing information of agencies and units on electronic information pages.

- Topic 3. Communication skills on electronic information portals/pages, social networks, information gathering and document exploitation skills; photography and image processing skills to illustrate news and articles.

- Topic 4. Instructions for designing infographics for information and propaganda work on the Portal/Website.
