This morning, March 15, at Nam Nghep village, Ngoc Chien commune, Muong La district, the opening ceremony of the 3rd Hawthorn Flower Festival in 2025 was held, with the participation of many people and tourists from all over.

Ngoc Chien Hawthorn Flower Festival 2025 takes place from March 15-16. Coming to the Festival, people and tourists will have the opportunity to experience and explore many attractive activities within the framework of the festival, such as: Experience watching hawthorn flowers and enjoy art programs; display and introduce typical agricultural, cultural and OCOP products of Ngoc Chien commune and its associated and neighboring districts, businesses and cooperatives located in the area.
