As a result, the state agencies in Son La province achieved a "fair" rating with an average score of 74.8/100 points.
Specifically, the average score for provincial-level agencies was 73.2/100 points, with the Department of Information and Communications ranking first at 91.48/100 points, followed by the Department of Transport at 89.94/100 points. The remaining 11 departments and agencies achieved a "fair" rating, and 7 departments and agencies achieved an "average" rating. The average score for district-level People's Committees was 76.4/100 points, with the City ranking first at 89.77/100 points; Phu Yen district ranking second at 84.13/100 points. To make progress in digital transformation, during the year, departments, agencies, and district and city People's Committees assigned officials to be in charge of digital transformation and network information security; maintained the connection of agencies on the province's dedicated data transmission network; and regularly updated information system data and databases of their respective sectors and fields of management.
