1. Training participants
- Leaders and officers in charge of policy communication and foreign information of departments, branches, sectors, organizations, units, and People's Committees of districts and cities. (Each agency and unit sends 2-3 people).
- Provincial Police and Provincial Border Guard officers are assigned to concurrently be in charge of foreign information, human rights, and border area work (Each agency and unit sends 2-3 people).
2. Training content
Topic 1: Core contents of policy communication work and issues to note in leading and directing the implementation of Directive No. 07/CT-TTg dated March 21, 2023 of the Prime Minister on strengthening policy communication work; Decision No. 407/QD-TTg dated March 30, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Organizing policy communication with great impact on society in the process of drafting legal documents for the period 2022 - 2027".
Topic 2: Guidance on policy communication skills and information processing when implementing policy communication for people in ethnic minority, mountainous, remote, and border areas.
Topic 3: Some new points of Resolution 47/NQ-CP of the Government on the Government's Action Program to 2030 to implement Conclusion No. 57-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to develop
