1. Participants in the training
- Leaders and officials in charge of policy communication and external information work from departments, agencies, organizations, units, and People's Committees of districts and cities. (Each agency/unit should send 2-3 people).
- Provincial police officers and provincial border guards are assigned to concurrently handle and be responsible for external information, human rights, and border area affairs (each agency/unit will send 2-3 people).
2. Training content
Topic 1The core contents of policy communication work and issues to note in leadership and direction of the implementation of Directive No. 07/CT-TTg dated March 21, 2023 of the Prime Minister on strengthening policy communication work; Decision No. 407/QD-TTg dated March 30, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Organizing policy communication with significant social impact in the process of drafting legal documents in the period 2022 - 2027".
