On the morning of January 19th, prior to the opening of the preparatory session of the 14th National Congress of the Party, Politburo members: General Secretary To Lam; President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Standing Member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Secretary of the Central Committee and Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai, along with other Politburo members, Secretaries of the Central Committee, and delegates attending the 14th National Congress of the Party, laid wreaths at the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh.
